Challenge + Solution:  Make personalized commercials based on customer’s purchases. We flew a writing team of nine to Toronto to join Director Tom Scharpling and his crew in making these spots. I hired two local editors to work from the set and the client brought along a legal representative. Over 50 videos were produced and uploaded to YouTube during a 10-hour day. This resulted in over 27-million impressions, 2.7-million views, and a 93% increase in new member signups.
