Challenge + Solution: Take a crew of (3-6) people to (9) different countries in (30) days to film, interview and photograph Patient and Doctor experiences.  Make sure everyone gets their health records, shots and visas in order.  Coordinate travel, subject availability and local guides in all countries. The team contracted/expanded due to the team’s availability.  I was the only one who worked in all (9) countries as the photographer had a personal emergency that kept her from traveling to India.  Once in India, I had to be a one-person agency plus interviewer and photographer.  Needless to say, I slept the entire way home to NYC.  This project along with an additional two smaller trips, including one where we shot a PSA commercial helped the client to increase their fundraising to over 15%.
